Somatic dance is a way to interact without words, to release stuck patterns and to gain understanding, insight and clarity. Sunrise Dance is an opportunity to dance in community for a feel-good way to start your day –– not a space to showcase skill. Each class offers an invitation to explore concepts and emotion through movement along with free dance. All people, ages and abilities are welcome.
Sunrise Dance is led by Kara McNabb, a traditional naturopathic practitioner who guides others toward mental, emotional and physical freedom through holistic counseling, energy work, plant medicine and somatic expressive movement.
