I love yoga and truly believe that incorporating yoga into your life daily will add significant benefits to your body and mind. Life is busy--I get it! Practicing, meditating, breathing on your own can be hard to hold yourself accountable for. That's where Lotus Jo's comes in.
Yoga is portable which is just one of the many reasons it's so awesome. If you can't come to a studio class I'm teaching at around town (or to any studio!) check out some of the options below.
1:1 Private Sessions
Ever tried a Youtube yoga class or Podcast and wished you could ask questions?
Want to grow your practice but have an unconventional schedule?
Have you gone to a yoga class and wished the teacher would just stand beside you and give alignment cues for YOUR body?
Try private yoga sessions! You can do these yoga sessions in the privacy of your own home, your backyard, or any other location you have access to!
What you will get are personalized sessions to work on what you would like. That might be a traditional vinyasa class or maybe you want to focus on core strength, headstands, breath, meditation, or whatever you happen to be working on at the moment.

Small Group Yoga
Have a group of friends on your street or in your building that also like yoga?
Try small group yoga! Small group yoga is for groups of 3 to 5 people (or a few more if you have space). The yoga comes to where you are. Think of it as book club without the book (you can keep the wine if that's what you're into). You might be looking for a gentle Yin class, guided meditation, or a fast moving power flow class. This could be a one time thing, or hey, you could even start a "Yoga Club"!
